The purpose of this course is to empower the student to:

1. Understand the specialized terms and words of medical and medical engineering
2. Understand medical engineering topics presented in English or in text
3. Presenting medical engineering topics in English or in text or verbally

1- Overview of grammar rules (times, unknowns, auxiliaries, nouns, adjectives)
2- Overview of Latin Roots in Medical Vocabulary (Prefixes, Roots, and Extensions)
Selected topics in biomaterials
4- Selected topics in bioelectricity
5. Selected Topics in Biomechanics
6- Selected topics in the health industry and related technologies
7. Overview of written rules, logical reasoning and scientific and technical writing
8. Translation of medical engineering texts
9. Overview of the rules of presentation
